PSA just came out with this contest for the upcoming 10/10 date. This is straight from their website
We’re sending out tickets with the September issue of PSA Magazine (Sports and Pop Culture & TCG editions). Just like a certain eccentric confectioner, PSA is giving Collectors Club members the chance to get an incredibly rare Golden Ticket that is redeemable for some incredible and exclusive prizes. Each issue will come with a Base Ticket, Red Foil (numbered to 100), or the elusive Gold Foil (numbered to three).
Tickets will only be sent to Collectors Club members who joined before August 1.
Prizes to be announced. Redemption details will be included with each winning ticket.
