Low Verigated Alocasias: Yucatan Princess + Pink Serendipity Corm Pups from highly verigated mother plants (NFS) - There are some benefits to buying low Verigated plants that comes from highly verigated mother plants.
- 1st benefit: Due to the abundance of chlorophyll, the plant grows much faster because it takes in light & disburses nutrients more efficiently causing it to mature much faster into a corm producing mother plant
- 2nd benefit is cost. If you want verigated plants but you don't want to pay an arm & a leg for them, this could work for your budget. Fun Fact: Verigation is determined by a plant's gentic make up that is passed down from grandmother->mother etc... plant, these plants will produce verigated corms that can range from low to highly.
