Used condition, does have some stains outside please see the pictures. The small bags are in excellent condition no tears or stains. It does come with should strap. But the straps to wear as a backpack one is torn which is mainly the mechanism. I just clip it as you can see in the picture. But you can use the shoulder strap instead of the backpack method since that one is new with no issues.
