Titled: True Love Always Finds a Way

There is a bottle of champagne in the woman in the sewers left hand. A unexpected cat can be seen watching in the upper right. The title and image insinuates that the two women are lovers and are being kept from seeing one, but this one women will go to great lengths to see her girlfriend.
A risqué subject for sure, as even hinting at homosexuality was frowned upon. This stereoview card was a form of entertainment and this particular card was intended to be funny and edgy.
