I bought this dress at least 5 years ago off Devilinspired. New with tags, it is marked L, however the way the dress was sewn (picture 3) it has no extra give in the waist. The ruching works as normal above the waist. There is no zipper at all, so I personally can't get it over or under. Tried a couple of different times at different weights. I recommend someone who is a smaller bust or hip size or someone willing to do the work to fix it. It's a beautiful dress, but I don't have the time.
