Case special stainless concave ground knife. This case knife is made of Case's XX Special Stainless steel. The finest of all Cutlery steels. It is ground to a true concave shape, similar to a straight razor, by razor Workman and it will hold a keen and durable edge which will not require regrinding.
Do not chop or fry with this knife since it was not made for such a use. Hold the blade at an angle of 10 degrees on a steel or oil Stone to sharpen, moving the blade in the direction of the edge.
