If you use adapted lens on SONY digital for the first time, please do MENU → (Custom Settings) → [Release w/o Lens] → desired setting.

Minolta MC 50 mm F 2.0 lens SN 1105220 Minolta mount (MC MD), and an MD adapter to NEX E-mount MILC body.
Adapter can be removed and used on other MD mount lens.

Everything works as it should. Glass is in great shape. No sign of fungus.
Aperture has been totally rebuilt. Ultrasound cleaned. Some paint loss and solvent stain remains on aperture blade. Functionality is 100% now.
Grease is added to helicoid. Focus is very smooth.
Usage wear for a 40 years old lens.
