Definitely still prints and scans just fine, though you need to download the drivers online.
Does not come with full ink (though it does have an extra full Yellow).
May sometimes give Error 6C10, which will require you to clean off a particular piece. As long as you have small pliers, it's not too tricky to fix. I cleaned the piece a few times and haven't gotten an error yet, but this issue does warrant giving it "Fair" condition, as it may not print out-of-the-box.
Comes with the necessary wires for hooking it up to your computer. Also comes with the original box.
