This is the witch's hat! It's probably my second or third favorite piece although on occasion it's been my most favorite!!! I think I love the lightning effect most of all on this one!
There is a missing pumpkin as seen in pictures and some of the witches that are flying on the brooms have been reglued other than that cosmetically it's in good shape.
Mechanically It does spin, play music and lights up.
