The two square that are working are very powerful each square has 8 LED in the center and 12 LED on the out side
Total 20 Powerful LED in each square
Right now 40 LED bulbs in two Right quadrants are working and the other quadrant does come on but very dim
The light has

My guess is may need to be looked at the internal circuit But Ian not an electrician.
So selling as is as acquired
