This has been a grail bag for so many years! It's an OG heart tag vs. the Funko bought out bags that don't have the [?] on the plaque with Loungefly. These bags imo are made better and Funko seems to use cheaper parts imo only. It's not in perfect condition, I haven't used it but nothing a little TLC I'm going to give it to make it look nicer. Great piece to add to any collection or to just wear around!
