Lot Of 12 Vintage R. Wallace & Sons Mfg. Co. Sterling Silver Handle Knives With Stainless Steel Blade & Burgundy Material Knife Holder - Carthage Pattern. 1 knife blade is separated from the handle & a 2nd appears to have been repaired & isn’t straight (pic 4). Overall weight is 855 grams. Using the weight of the 1 handle by itself of 45 grams & multiplying it by 12 the weight of the sterling handles alone would be 540 grams. I Imagine the handles have some additional material in them to add weight for usage. All knives are engraved with what I believe to be the letter “R”. Knives are tarnished & have flaws.
