Wonderful condition, has expected wear. The blue rhinestones are of the highest quality, and none of the backing has chipped or deteriorated. It looks like it was hardly ever worn. The color of the stones is like you would find in the finest signed designer jewelry. This appears to be hand-constructed, and the rhinestones are gold washed on the back. However, the brightness of the blue rhinestones is what catches your eyes.

We cannot see any bites on the blue stones. It is in really good shape. This is really lovely. All parts are tight, pin back moves easily. The four rhinestones on one side have darkened to a light grey-blue, but they still sparkle.
Plated with a heavy gold plate. no rubbing to the plating.
