This is in great condition overall with exception of a couple of flaws that I can see.
This is a rare comic book.
I believe this is a first print.
Clean pages.
Clean cover.
Plastic sleeve has seen better days.
Slightest minimal crease at binding (see pic 4).
Slight sticker residue on barcode w/ no scratch or tears.
Unfortunately, someone cut out the order form page on this comic. I barely noticed this until really inspecting things (see the green and blue near burning in last pic).
