I bought this a few years ago for work straight from the Tory Burch website retail not outlet. I am no longer working. I recently moved so you will notice that the purse has some bending on the side that will eventually get better with use. I kept all my purses inside a plastic container when I moved so this is the reason why it got a little bended. It’s extremely clean inside and outside. No visible stain marks at all. It comes from a smoke and pet free house.
