This beautiful antique quilt is more than 100 years old. The dark cream fabric between all the stars used to be a dark green, I believe. Really cool how it faded like this. 16 stars made with rare calico fabric.
the backing is homespun fabric.
condition: overall this quilt is in good condition with so much more warmth to give. Most of the binding on the edges are fraying. The backing has a wear spot in the center- most likely from storage and folding.
Please do not cut this quilt for a coat or other project. It is too beautiful and in gorgeous condition and a work of art in and of itself.
Measurments: 72” x 72” (6ft x 6ft) shown on a king size bed.
