Rare larger size true vintage peplum dress from the 40s with a gorgeous embellishment around the neck of painted golden flowers with seed beads and sequins. It has a side metal zipper and buttons in the back.
Brand - Unknown, no labels
Size - approximately a modern Large but please check all measurements to ensure fit
Shoulders - 18.5" across
Chest - 22" pit to pit
Sleeves - 22" from shoulder seam
Waist - 16.25" across
Hips - approximately 22.25" across
Length - 50.25", 19" bodice
Condition - I did not clean this because I was scared and it has a bit of an "old clothes smell" from being stored for so many years. I found one tiny hole in the skirt but other than that it's in quite good condition for as old as it is.
