Estate Find.....
Awesome 21" tall Rabbit couple dressed in their Sunday's best. Stiff poseable wire arms and legs with hollow durable paper mache/cardboard bodies. A knob sticks out of the girls back which enables you to turn her head from side to side, he is missing his knob but is still operational with wire. Beautiful large surprised glass eyes are surrounded by eyelashes and whiskers. I'm unsure of what their large gloves and lower legs are made of but the bottom of his feet are stamped "Made in Western Germany", dating them to probably 1950's/60's. In very good condition with exception of her mishaped feet and her right arm which is still attached but does not hold a pose (loose at the shoulder). I could not find any marks or tags on the couple but didn't want to take clothing completely off to research anymore for fear of damaging them. Stands are included.
