Vanille by Reminiscence is a Oriental Vanilla fragrance for women. Vanille was launched in 2012. Top notes are Osmanthus and Calabrian bergamot; middle notes are Bourbon Vanilla, Vanilla Flower, Heliotrope and Jasmine; base notes are Tahitian Vanilla, Bourbon Vanilla, Vanilla Absolute, Tonka Bean, Praline, Siam Benzoin, Patchouli and White Musk.
Based on perfume enthusiast forums, the 2012 release of Reminiscence Vanille is discontinued. Fans have noted they have purchased backup bottles out of fear of running out.
The discontinuation is believed to be part of a rebranding of the Les Notes Gourmandes series, with the 2012 Vanille being replaced by the 2020 release, Vanille Santal. However, many reviewers note that the two fragrances do not smell the same.
