This skirt by Needle & Thread is brand new without tags, tried on but never worn! It has a zip up the back with hook and eye closure at the top and a structured grosgrain ribbon trimmed waist band. Top fabric is a dotted mesh tulle, lining is a lightweight chiffon (solid purple). Skirt is gathered at the waist and is long and flowy. Bottom of tulle has a raw edge. Skirt is so dreamy, rare color, hard to find! Like new condition, don’t miss this amazing feminine designer skirt!
