She is Complete with an on/off button so you can hear her infamous laugh. She stands almost 22" tall and 11" inches across (from elbow to elbow) and comes in the very recognizable outfit. (She does work)
Laffing Sal originally is a life size animatronic doll that was built in the 1930’s to attract visitors to amusement parks and carnivals. She was designed to move and laugh loudly, which sometimes scared children and annoyed adults.
Upon examining Laffing Sal my observation is

Her shoes need some repairing and hair combed
