This is a real Japanese gorgeous Vintage Fuji Pearl Cultured Ginza Tokyo pearl necklace with graduated saltwater pearls. The size of the pearls varies from 3 to 8 mm, the largest of 8 mm is in the center, there are 99 pearls in total, the pearls are strung on a very strong silk thread. White pearls with a slight golden tint, mirror shine.
A genuine silver clasp marked "Silver" (this is an early collection of pearl necklaces from the 1940s-60s. The clasp was later labeled "sterling") in a clamshell shape with pearls on the back. The length of the necklace is 19 6/8 inches. This is the thread in the original Fuji Pearl jewelry box. The box is a little worn, but the necklace itself is in excellent condition.
