VTG Whizzo the Clown coin bank from the 1950’s. made by Banthrico of Chicago, Illinois. Whizzo had a local tv show in Kansas City called Whizzo's wonderland, in 1955. His real name was Frank Wiziarde. It is Whizzo the Clown from the children's television show in Kansas City, The back reads "Home Savings Association of Kansas City" and the front has Whizzo's signature. Bank is very rare and extremely hard to find. The lock is intact, but there is no key. The coin slot teeth are intact. Measures a little over 6 1/2" tall, copper plated iron. Who's always smiling, never sad? It's Whizzo! Who makes the boys and girls so glad, Whizzo…Will package accordingly. The items in our shop are vintage and therefore are considered used and pre-loved unless noted otherwise. No original packaging/box included. We make efforts to accurately describe our items to the best of our knowledge.
