Vintage Wee Clancy Charlotte French Metallic long sleeved tailored fitted and flared black with a vibrant purple, red, yellow, green and gold floral pattern dress in size 16. Top is fitted with black trim down front and back. Black velvet with fabric ruffle trim collar. Flower and berry broach. Puff sleeves with pleating on shoulders and elastic on cuffs. Buttons down back. Black velvet fabric tie around back of waist. Bottom is pleated and flared with a structured black underskirt with a tulle tier. Good used condition because of minor wash wear.
