Vintage Ice skating dress. Pep threads brand (was in Orange, California). Size M. Very well made. Puffy shoulders. Amazing fabric that is still stretchy. Lined. Some snags on lining. Measurements approximately: From armpit to armpit-16”, waist 11.5”, total sleeve 29”, total dress length from neck to the longest part of the skirt - 40”No low bailers. I bought it to repurpose, but didn’t have time yet. Smoke free, pet friendly household. Xposted.
