Vintage Evans Cornucopia Table Lighter and Companion Cigarette Holder “VIRGO” dates to 1950. They are in excellent vintage condition. As you can see from the photos the cigarette holder has a darker patina than the lighter.
I have not seen many of these as a pair available online. The lighter will need lighter fluid and flint.
Both pieces measures 3 1/2" tall x 4 1/2" long. The lighter portion is remove-able for flint change and filling with lighter fluid. Both pieces have the Evans brand on the green felt base and say Reg Patent Pending. The inside base for the lighter also has a green felt lining. They are brass with a raised fruit design around the opening of the cornucopia.
These could be polished up if desired however seeing as some people prefer the aged patina I have left them as is so that the new owner can make that decision.
These are truly cool vintage gifts. They are in great vintage condition.
