Brand New (still sealed in wrapper): The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkien (Collector's Edition). The ISBN listed on the sticker (on the back) shows that this is the 1973 Edition published by Houghton Mifflin.
This is a beautiful collectible hardcover book (leather bound in slipcase).
The Hobbit was the first fantasy story that unlocked the later masterpieces by Tolkien (The Lord of the Rings trilogy and The Silmarillion).
This book is obviously still in perfect condition since it's remained in it's wrapped for more than 50 years! This vintage edition would be an amazing gift!
