Great copy of this book, hard to find one in this condition from 1911.
Lots of pictures and information. Overall most of the pages are crisp and clean, the interior cover and initial page or so has speckled foxing (rust colored spots). But the bulk of the book is clean without foxing. Typical for copies of this book I’ve seen.
This volume traces the course of larger military than that described in the author's book 'Garibaldi and the Thousand', diplomatic, and political events by which the original achievement of the Thousand led in six months to the formation of the Italian Kingdom.
