Top is floral and has little beaded details, arms are sheer. Bottom is black ruffled skirt. Midi length. Feels like silk. Tie detail at neckline with tassels at the end. Crossover front.
In great preowned condition, tiny little hole in the bottom of the skirt in the mesh. Not noticeable at all. Might have a few missing rhinestones/sequins but its hard to tell
