This was made by Pawtucket Dyeing and Bleaching…since they haven’t existed since 1952 that would make this cone of thread/yarn at least 73 years old. It is 2 ply, each strand being as thin as sewing thread. Color is WIISKEY(spelled like that), by weight with the cone it’s a smidge over 10 oz. Inside it appears as if it was originally 25 cts per ounce (which I’m guessing was expensive for the time!) I do not see the fiber content but appears to be wool or wool blend.
