This is a gorgeous Y2K piece in excellent condition, dress features a sheer black and velvet layer over a lime green liner which creates a shimmery dark green/black look. Dress is slip on with a square neck and features two thigh high slits, one on each side. This item does not have a fabric/care tag. However, I can say the fabric is slightly stretchy and I would wash it inside out on delicate (likely a polyester/elastane mix of some kind).
