Surround Sound Arrangement
The Cable Matters Double-Gang 5.1 Surround Sound Distribution Wall Plate connects 5 speakers and 1 subwoofer in a 5.1 Surround Sound system. It provides a simple way to connect speakers across the room. Conceal speaker wire in the wall instead of fastening it to the baseboard for a secure and professional-looking installation. Connect the binding posts with 12 to 18 AWG bare speaker wire, banana plugs, or spade connectors and a The subwoofer is connected with an RCA cable. This two-piece wall plate with an insert and matching faceplate is easy to install with the included mounting screws.

Important Notes
- Compatible with a standard 2 gang low-voltage wall bracket
- Banana plug connectors may not fit when used on both sides due to the length of the terminals
- Wall plate is not interchangeable with a Decora wall plate

Installation Tips
1) Connect the speaker wire and RCA cable to the rear of the insert
2) Fasten the insert to the faceplate with the shorter screws
3) Fasten the assembled wall plate to the wall bracket
4) Connect the speaker wire and RCA cable to the front of the insert
