The durable bag can now be reused for multiple seasons by replenishing the lure with a fresh refill. This refill is the same cartridge that is included with the original trap and will last for the entire Japanese beetle season (about 8 weeks). Japanese beetles are a destructive garden pest that infests and destroys over 300 varieties of ornamental plants. This refill also lures the Oriental beetle, which feeds on roots of turfgrass, nursery stock, greenhouse ornamental crops and fruit. A convenient plastic cone design prevents the user from having to handle the actual attractants. When in use, this trap should be placed at least 30 feet away from the ornamental plants you are trying to protect. Note: this listing is for the refill only—trap sold separately.
