Tamanu Oil is pressed from the nuts of Tamanu fruit, mostly from the Pacific Islands such as Vanuatu and used for centuries in the Pacific Islands on wounds. From the moment you apply Tamanu Oil to the skin it can be seen that it is a very intense and concentrated oil. In some ways it may not be the "prettiest" of oils, but it is certainly one of the most effective and one of our personal favourites...a great night time elixir! The Pure Oil Company’s Tamanu Oil is a thicker green natural oil, containing essential fatty acids, required for protecting and rejuvenating your skin, as well as antibacterial properties which will help support the appearance of healthier, younger looking skin.
