We begin our Bourbon Pecan Pie coffee with 1% Arabica Beans harvested at their freshest. Roasting brings out the coffee's full character. To begin, we slow roast all beans in small batches, right in the city's Faubourg Marigny district. Then, we coat all beans in unique and aromatic flavors.
