About This

  • Purpose - Increase overall strength and fitness to your exercise routine with our height adjustable Jammer Arms. These are space saving and designed to be an accessory that attaches directly to the upright poles of our Pro Series Power Cage. NOTE - When weight is applied to the arms, they will lean inward.
  • Usage - Use only on 2.35” x 2.35” upright poles with 1” mounting holes. NOTE - This must be installed on the outside of your cage or rack without weights on the weight plate holder and use a barbell collar to secure the weights. Great for general weightlifting and strength training. Sports include - Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, and Martial Arts to name a few.
  • Materials - Casted in 11 gauge steel, rubber, and painted black with a low gloss, powder coat finish.
  • What’s Inside - (2) Jammer Arms, (2) handles, (2) weight plate sleeves, (2) pins with clips, (4) bolts, (4) hex head nuts, (8) washers, (2) O-rings, and (4) stoppers. Hardware and Instructions are included.
  • Product Specifications - Overall dimensions 6.25” x 24.5” x 39”. Handles 11” x 9” x 1”, Weight Plate Loading Arms 11” x 2” diameter. Lock and Pin 5.5” x 0.5” diameter. Rubber Stopper 2” x 3” x 1”. Total Weight Capacity 200 lb per arm.
