This item is in really good used condition from a smoke free pet free home. It is missing the cafeteria table and blow up chair, and I'm not sure if it has every tiny piece, but many of the pieces are included and they are in great condition. 2 bags are still sealed and unopened. The intercom system works great, it just needs new batteries. See photos for signs of wear, they count as the description. The box definitely shows wear. PRICE IS FIRM.
