The C2G 60018 is a 1.5 foot RapidRun flying lead that combines VGA video, 3.5 mm audio, composite video, and stereo audio in one tidy assembly. It is part of the RapidRun modular cabling system, which lets installers pull a single runner cable through walls or ceilings and finish each end with pre-terminated leads instead of field soldering or crimping.

This approach saves time on site and keeps classroom or conference room walls clean and professional. At a teacher station, you can mount a RapidRun wall plate, connect the computer, and run the hidden runner cable up to a ceiling mounted projector. A matching flying lead at the projector completes the chain, delivering PC video and audio along with composite sources such as a DVD player, all without extra adapters or clutter.

The lead uses 28 AWG and 24 AWG conductors to maintain signal integrity over the short breakout distance. Because it shares conductors across several formats, it is not able to pass EDID data, so manual display configuration may be required. Each installation needs either two flying leads or one flying lead paired with one wall plate to create a full signal path.
