Ingredient Statement: Unbleached Unbromated Enriched Flour (Wheat Flour Enriched [niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid] and Malted Barley Flour), Water, Brown Cane Sugar, Molasses, Malt, Salt, Yeast, Poppy seeds, Sesame seeds, Chopped Onion, Minced Garlic, Pretzel Salt Diet Type: Kosher Storage Instructions: Bagels that are frozen should be kept in a freezer set at (-5) degrees below zero or colder, and agels may be stored for up to six (6) months.
