CAPTAIN JAC surimi from Trident Seafoods offers two recipes to meet new consumer demand for more healthy protein options. Captain Jac Real Simple flake-style surimi is a clean label recipe of Wild Alaska Pollock with all-natural non-GMO ingredients and it's gluten-free. The traditional Captain Jac flake style is made of Wild Alaska Pollock and Pacific Hake with a touch of real crab and premium crab flavor. Both recipes are fully cooked and ready to serve for great back-of-the-house convenience. Either variety would be excellent in seafood enchiladas, stuffed pitas, cheesy casseroles, or hearty dips.
