We use only the finest semolina and search the world for the best spices, herbs, and other premium ingredients that go into creating our delicious filled pastas.
Our authentic pasta dough is made with whole fresh eggs and semolina flour. We fill each medium, square ravioli with a blend of artichoke, ricotta, mozzarella and asiago cheeses with basil undertones.
