Honestly, we're a little embarrassed that it took us so long to make this gourmet sea salt. Anyone who's had the (mis?)fortune of giving us a hug after dinner knows we love garlic, and basil is one of these key flavors that seems to always find a way into our cooking. So, we're very glad that that we've got these two companions together, their natural flavors accented by our sustainably sourced Pacific Ocean sea salt. This artisanal seasoning is right at home with a wide varieties of cuisines (Italian to Thai, Middle Eastern to BBQ), dishes (grilled chicken to stir fry, green salad to a hearty soup) and cooking styles (BBQ to oven, stovetop to salad dressing) - we craft all of our sea salts and seasonings to be versatile, but this one might just take the crown.
