Each basket wedge will hold approximately 5 quarts of product.  Therefore you could do approximately 5-6 pounds of pasta per wedge, or a total of approximately 20 pounds pasta for all four wedges cooking at one time.
For chicken wings, each wedge can easily handle 1 pound of wings.
