Enriched Yellow Grits (White Grits, Thiamine, Niacin, Riboflavin, Iron, and Folic Acid).
Directions
Cooking Instructions: 3/4 cup moss yellow grits. 1 tablespoon butter. 3 cups water. 1/2 teaspoon salt. Bring water, salt, butter and grits to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until grits are thick and creamy. You may have to adjust water according to your preference.
