You are getting the Epic Battles TCG Tekken 5 Jinpachi Mishima (bottom left) H172 Hidden Rare Foil Card. There are only 2 Hidden Rare cards in the set, and this is one of them.
Finding a Hidden Rare card in this 2006 Tekken 5 set from Epic Battles had a 1:72 ratio, which meant that you would have to buy 72 booster packs to maybe get this card.
What makes this card even more special is that it is part of a 4 card set that completes a bigger picture of Jinpachi Mishima. The 3 other cards are not in the base set and were distributed as promos. These can be found on eBay too. The other cards are TK2 (upper left), TK4 (upper right), and TK8 (lower right), with H172 being the lower left.
