This is a quilted boa coat from Traditional Weatherwear.
Made in England, it's a very sturdy coat.

It's a medium length, not short and not long.
It's easier to move in than a long coat, and easier to wear when riding a bicycle, etc.

Used only a few times in one season and stored carefully.
I mainly drive, and only wore it for short periods, so
