This is a Swan fountain pen made by Mabie Todd & Co.
It's a leverless model, one of Swan's specialties. You fill it by twisting the end of the barrel (a so-called twist filler).
It's a small pen. It's about 112mm long when capped, and about 140mm when capped and posted.
The nib is a fine point.
It has a bit of give, but I think its scratchy writing feel is its most distinctive characteristic.
The pattern has a complex luster and is beautiful.
Since it's a product from about seventy or eighty years ago, I'll mark it as "slightly damaged."
I don't think there are any noticeable scratches. The imprint is still visible.
However, the clip is slightly deteriorated. Also, it doesn't hold a lot of ink.
It's a vintage fountain pen from a considerable period, so it would be good for a collection, but it's perfectly usable.
