Year Created - unknown. My best guess is about 1950’s or 60’s.
Condition- painting is in good condition. There are hairline cracks in paint which is normal for vintage oil paintings.
Frame looks older than the painting and is possible antique. Some missing part and decent amount of dings & scratches with patina on gold & some small cracks.
