- Prevent tilting: Each of our adapters is equipped with 4 anti-tilt PU washers, and the number to install can be chosen according to needs. Not installing the PU washers may not cause problems under normal circumstances, but in cases such as sudden braking, the instantaneous inertial force is likely to cause the trailer coupler to tilt. The washers can enhance the connection tightness, reduce relative sliding between parts, thereby inhibiting the tilting tendency caused by component displacement
- 5th Wheel Lube Plate: Each of our adapters is equipped with one 5th wheel lube plate. The 5th wheel hitch (on the truck side) and the trailer's "kingpin" maintain constant contact during travel, generating sliding friction especially during acceleration, braking, and turning. Installed on the contact surface between the two components, the lube plate can replace or supplement traditional grease lubrication. Through its own low-friction properties, it reduces frictional resistance at the contact surface, prevents direct metal-to-metal wear, and extends the service life of both the 5th wheel hitch and the trailer kingpin
