A great addition to your forestry tools and chainsaw safety gear, this HDPE helmet shell includes a protective face shield for eye protection, ear protectors for hearing protection, and a sun peak for blocking sunlight. This helmet is made with a 6-point textile suspension and three settings which let you easily adjust the depth of how it sits on your head with either a slip ratchet. Plus, an Egyptian cotton core sweatband designed with a PU coating allows for maximum sweat absorption and is also PH neutral and dermatologically tested. The adjustable ear muffs let you control the width and height for a comfortable fit and great noise exclusion despite low pressure (ANSI S3.19-1974, 24dB NRR). In addition, the chainsaw face shield uses a nylon/metal mesh visor which you can easily lower or raise for excellent visibility and water runoff. These chainsaw accessories meet and exceed ISEA / ANSI Z89.1-2014 Type I with Electrical Insulation standards—Rated to Class E. In addition to this chainsaw safety helmet, Husqvarna offers a variety of chainsaw safety equipment like protective chainsaw chaps, work gloves and ear protection.
